Nevertheless, the Engineering field, benefits from all the knowledge coming from both: the Space and the Nuclear activities of APCO Technologies SA, and are mainly focused on the concept and on the manufacturing of lifting and handling equipment as well as special machines or on-site technical assistance world-wide.

Workbench for the manufacture of aluminium reservoirs for the 1st stage of the Ariane 5 rocket: Supply of a complete and ready installation allowing the manufacture of a finished product (tanks), answering to the very strict specifications required when dealing with volatile material |

Manufacturing tooling for spherical tanks: Develop, manufacture and install the complete set of machines allowing the fabrication of 850 tons aluminium spheres of 36 m diameter. |

Automated stiffener fabricating machine: This machine allows the precise azimuth position of the web segments and of the flanges by means of a turn table. |
